Key Responsibilities
- Corporate Service & Accounting:
- Operational management of ordinary administrative, fiscal, and corporate procedures.
- Support in preparing accounting and financial documentation.
- Supervision and maintenance of accurate document archiving (legal, administrative, fiscal).
- External Relations Management (Crucial): Effective and professional communication with clients (predominantly Italian) to manage their requests and provide updates on ongoing matters.
- Active and proactive liaison with Accountants and external Consultants to ensure the correct and timely execution of tax and accounting obligations.
- Executive Secretary Support: Managing the executive calendar, organizing meetings and travel.
- Handling communications (emails, phone calls) and drafting minutes, letters, and documents.
- General administrative support to the Management.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven previous experience in similar roles, preferably within fiduciary services, consulting firms, or professional practices.
- Experience of over 5 years in the sector is highly preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of both the Italian and English languages (B2 level or higher for both). This is a crucial requirement for effective communication with Italian.
- Excellent basic Accounting/Bookkeeping skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: ability to interact clearly, courteously, and professionally with high-level stakeholders.
- Proactivity, autonomy in work organization, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
